Unlike some other photographers, I believe in collaborating with my clients to capture the unique images they seek. I offer a variety of different services depending on my clients' needs.

This is a partial list of the types of services that I offer, but there is always the possibility that I will add more options to the list, depending on demand.     I service the Shreveport, Bossier, Benton, Blanchard, Mansfield, Minden, Ruston, Mooringsport, Keithville and  Stonewall areas.

   All packages are all a la carte prints meaning that which sizes you want and how many you want
is all up to you.  Ask about 15% military or student discounts off of  all photo shoots.   

All prices are subject to change.

: Now have you ever been to a photo studio where you had only about 15 minutes to take the pictures and you were limited to the number of changes you had?  What if you can have 60 to 120 minutes,  if needed,  to get that perfect pose?  What if you wanted pictures made in your own home so you can have your own fireplace or couch or Christmas tree in your photo and not some small, fake backdrop?  Using your own stuff gives your pictures that personal touch.  Here at Photogenics  by Tim we believe in making every family’s family picture unique.            

The current list includes:

  • Portraits, family pictures, maternity & baby:    $129 if I come to you or $79 if you come to me for the sitting fee, plus $25 Credit on prints.  Get the copyright for $99  with pictures on  CD   Get 20% off prints and  a $75 credit on prints when you buy the copyright. for a total  of $100 credit on prints and discounts on Gallery wraps and on fine Art Canvas .  This makes four options.    A, B, C, or  D    Large print orders over $200 may get  additional discounts on prints.
  • A... $79 if you come to me with a credit of $25 that can be used on prints or Gallery wraps and on fine Art Canvas.

  • B. $129 I will go to your home or location where you would like to have the pictures shot.    You will get a $25    credit that can be used on prints or Gallery wraps and on fine Art Canvas.

  • C...$178 -  you come to me for the photo shoot. You will also get the CD, which includes the copyright.. You will get a  $100 credit that can be used on prints or gallery wraps and on fine art canvas. You will also get a 20% off of the rest of the prints and discounts on gallery wraps and on fine art canvas.

  • D... $228  I will go to your home or location where you would like to have the pictures shot.  You will get a  $100 credit that can be used on prints or gallery wraps and on fine art canvas. You will also get a 20% off of the rest of the prints and discounts on gallery wraps and on fine art canvas. You will also get the CD, which includes the copyright. 
  • You will get 25% off if we do only outdoor pictures due to the fact I will not have to set up my studio if I come to your home.
  • Retouching
  • If desired, retouching is  accommodating in most any editing request. Common requests include: removing blemishes, removing braces, whitening teeth/eyes, birthmarks, acne and even scars for $15 per pose.  Keep in mind you only pay for retouching on the prints you want,  not the prints you do not want printed. With  packages or totals over $200 retouching is all included. 
  • Removing  tattoos is 25$ for the 1st picture and $15 for the rest of the poses. 
  • Pets   see pets page.
  • You can have your pet with you in a picture as well,  providing your pet is well behaved. This should only be done at your home.  There will be an additional cost if shot away from the home.  

  • Senior pictures prices 
        Refer a friend and get $20  

    Senior Pictures investment starts at $121.00 for the first two hours and just $50 for the third hour.  If you would like some of your pictures to be done at  different locations, it will only be an extra $69.00.per location for one hour. the first location is included. If you would like you can have all your pictures outside,it's all up to you.   There is also a deposit of $70.00 to confirm your appointment. I would need this no later than one week before the appointment. The deposit will be used towards your sitting fee. you will also get $25 of free prints.   I can supply you with two copys  of pictures on CD  for only $99.00 The CD includes the copyright which gives you the right to use the pictures on your PC as desk tops or screen savers, digital photo frames, to e-mail to your friends and family and to use on your social media networks such as  My Space and Facebook. Buying the CD also allows you to get a $75 credit on prints for a total of $100 credi on prints,  and  20% off the rest of the prints, and discounts on Gallery wraps and canvases.     If your parents are in the military you get 15% off your photo shoot , and for every  friend that you refer to me you will get $20.  You can also get a slide show on DVD for $99 but if you buy the copyright you can get it for $79.  I can design a press printed book for you for just $49 plus the price of the book.  Prices are down below.

  • Modeling                  If you are a model or want to become one and need new photos for a resume or portfolio, you                                  can hire me for $60 an hour. Call for details. (One hour minimum, then in 15 minute increments.)

All photos are protected by copyright. Federal laws prohibit copying of photos by means of, but not limited to,  E-mail, scans, copy machines and your personal printers.

Buying the copyright is optional and allows you to use the Pictures on your PC as desktops or screen savers and to use on digital photo frames. This also allows you to email pictures to friends and family,  and to use on the web without breaking any copyright laws.

Special events

Because each event is unique and requires different tools and time commitments, prices will be based on the following criteria:

  • location of event
  • length of event
  • number of pictures
  • and my  developing and processing time.
  • Senior Pictures  See price above.  Add just $99  if siblings are done at the same time. see Senior Pictures  up above for details.   

  •   For a limited time you can earn 7% referral fee for all photography shoots that you refer to me up to $100. This excludes copyright and prints.
         
wedding prices 
            There will be a 33% deposit and a contract signed to make and hold appointments for all weddings packages. I  will also need                 to be paid in full 30 days before the wedding. The prints can be paid upon Ordering after deciding what you want.All prices are                    subject to change. The prints are all a la carte so you pick what size and how many you want. it is all up to you. Don't  forget about             gallery wraps and fine art canvases.    
                 Buying the copyright is always optional. when you buy the copyright you get credit on prints and the right to use the pictures as you wish. Even the right to print your own prints. Buting the copyright also gives you discounts on all products.

: While it is not necessary to take engagement photos, there are plenty of reasons why you may want them. We can establish a relationship long before your wedding. This will make a deference in the outcome of your wedding images. I will be able to watch you and take note of your individual personalities, which will help me capture images on the wedding day that is unique to you. Try having your engagement photos taken at a location that has meaning for the both of you. This could be where you got engaged or where you had your first kiss or your first date, a museum, a College , or a park. Engagement session makes for a perfect opportunity to test your hair and makeup that way you can see how you will look in photos in case there may be anything you want to change for the wedding day.  Engagement pictures also serves as formal shots you can use for your wedding programs, invitation the newspaper of your home town, to announce your wedding, and to put in your new family photo album.  My wife and I even like to go to dinner with my clients as to get to know them. The more I know you the more I know how to take the perfect picture.
























I have found over the years that no two weddings are alike. So I customize a wedding package based on your individual needs. Call me and we can talk about what you need,  the hours you need me, and we can work out a package that is best for you.

There are discounts on multiple hours of four or more, and discounts when you use me for
Bridal and Engagement pictures.
I can also email you some packages that my work for you.
Don’t forget about the wedding rehearsal even if I don’t take pictures. I will need to be there so I can get a feel for what is going to happen and learn the lighting and much more.

Now what happens to most young couples after they get married? Hmmmm.you might end up having kids. If you are lucky enough to have children and  you have used me for your wedding you can get a free photo shot of your belly or baby when he or she comes.
If you choose belly you will still get a discount on the baby pictures.  

Why have a second photographer 

    Your wedding day is one of the most important events of your life, so you'll want to be sure to capture all the beautiful, memorable moments. Many wedding couples are now opting to hire a second photographer. Since you'll want to capture both formal portraiture and candid shots in your album, having two photographers "tag team" throughout the day brings spontaneous style and dimension to your wedding memories.

    The bride will likely want a photographer of her getting ready. She may want pictures of her just as she is about to go to the ceremony door. She'll want her preparations covered, especially shots of her mother or sister helping her with her veil or necklace. The couple will want their cake, flowers and beautifully set tables documented before the festivities begins.  While the bride's getting ready, the groom will be undergoing his own preparations with his groomsmen, which can involve moments of hilarity and camaraderie — as well as solemn introspection — as the groom prepares to take his vows. With two photographers, you'll be able to capture all of these meaningful details before the ceremony even begins.

Capture the Candids

    While one photographer is taking plenty of formal family portraits, the other can take the candids shots of behind the scenes. While one photographer is documenting a speech, for example, the other will be able capture your mother's happy tears while he's making it. A second photographer will also be able to get shots of your guests' reactions to the many touching and often funny moments throughout the day.


Wedding Pictures DVD slide show

              Would you like your photos that I have taken of your wedding to be on a DVD slide show with music that
can play on your home DVD or PC. The DVD slide show Starts at $149.00. 
$5.00 per song that is used in the slideshow if you own the music.  First song is free.

  We offer both fine art canvas and metallic and lustre photographic paper gallery wraps with three laminate options, two depth options, and mix and match sizing. gallery wraps arrive complete and ready to hang on the wall the moment they are received

Papers
   Gallery wraps are available printed on a fine art canvas using an inkjet process or as a metallic or lustre photographic paper using a traditional canvas process. Metallic and lustre paper gallery wraps enhance the look and vibrancy of your image. With photographic print gallery wraps, an actual photographic print is created and its emulsion is stripped, bonded to canvas and wrapped around the wood frame.

Construction
Your image is printed larger than the final print size so that it can be wrapped around the wooden frame.  Gallery wraps are made with real wood available in 1-1/2 and 2-1/2 inch depths. Mix and match gallery wrap lengths to create the perfect custom size

Fine Art Canvas and Fine Art Velvet

Fine Art Canvas
  Our fine art canvas prints are printed directly onto the canvas with Canon archival large format ink jet printers, rather than bonded to the canvas like a traditional photographic print. All fine art canvas prints are protected with a matte or semi-gloss laminate. The laminate protects from scuffs and scratches as well as provides UV protection.


Fine Art Velvet Paper
   Fine art velvet paper is 100% cotton and acid free. It has a similar appearance and feel to a watercolor paper and looks great with a fine art image printed on it. Canon archival large format ink jet printers are used to print directly onto the fine art velvet paper. Fine art velvet prints are less resistant to scratching and damage than traditional photographic prints and should be handled and displayed with care.

Mounting

We offer a variety of mounting substrates to satisfy whatever your finishing needs may be for any order.

Matboard
A heavyweight, dry mount board provides mounting at an economical price. Due to the nature of fiber based board, some warping will occur,therefore we do not offer sizes larger than 16x20. Styrene board is a wonderful replacement for matboard when it comes to larger print sizes.


Styrene
Styrene is a plastic mounting board 2mm thick. Standard color is white. We find this to be one of the best mounting substrates available and are pleased to offer it at very economical prices.

Foamboard
Foamboard is 1/4” thick foam-centered board coated with a tough white plastic shell.


Masonite
Standard 1/8” hardboard masonite. This traditional mounting surface provides a heavy duty, rigid, hard and long lasting substrate. Perfect for the high-end market.


Canvas
Traditional canvas is created by peeling the emulsion of a photographic print and bonding it to canvas. It can be ordered loose or mounted on Masonite or a stretcher frame. Lamination is available for traditional canvas. The laminate protects the canvas from scuffs and scratches as well as provides UV protection. Matte and semi gloss laminates are available. Standout
Standout is a thick lightweight board finished with a black plastic edge and comes ready to display with hanging holes on the backside. The finished edge prevents us from trimming the board to any custom sizes. Standout is available in two depths, 3/4” and 1-1/2”, and nothing extra needs to be done to prepare for display. 3/4” board dimensions are undersized by 1/4”, and 1-1/2” is 1/2” undersized. Please note: delivery times can be longer than normal with this product.



• Trimming is available for odd size prints. The cost is $1 per trim.
• Trimming occurs before the image is mounted so you are billed for finishing based on the final size of your print.
• If multiple images are trimmed out of a standard size print, each individual final print is billed on its own for finishing services.
• Standout and canvas stretcher frames cannot be trimmed.
• Custom size masonite is available with a $10 masonite trim charge.

Press Printed Books
Press printed books are unmatched in print quality, craftsmanship. Press printed books are available in three paper options (standard, semi-gloss hinged, and pearl hinged) and several sizes including 5x5, 5x7, 8.5x11, 8x8, 10x10, 11x14 and 12x12


Covers
    All press book covers are made with masonite to give the books a smooth, substantial feel. Eight cover material options are available including black, chocolate brown and tan fabric; black, dark brown and dark red leather; and a custom printed photo cover in lustre or metallic. Photo covers are made with a photographic print that is laminated and adhered to the masonite cover. The photo cover allows for complete customization on the front, spine, and back of the book using your own images and designs. Additionally, enhance the cover of your book with a photographic dust jacket or cover foil stamping. A dust jacket is a photographic print laminated and creased to wrap around the cover of the book. It protects the cover and provides another option to personalize your book by using images, text and graphics. Cover foil stamping allows you to place three lines of text on the front cover in one of three places: the center of the book, the lower right corner, or the bottom center. Foil stamping is only available on leather covers.


Papers
Like all our press printed cards and products, press printed books are printed with the same HP Indigo printing technology with liquid inks. Book pages are printed on either 100# text weight semi-gloss paper or 110# hinged paper in semi-gloss or pearl. The hinged paper allows open pages to lay flat a as well as provides a thicker, more upscale paper option. Hinged paper can also be UV coated for added protection and a glossy look and feel. Book pages are stitched together to create the book block that is adhered to the cover using black cardstock end sheets. Books are priced as a base book with a cover and 20 printed sides. Additional sides are available for up to a maximum of 90 sides on 100# text paper and 50 sides on the lay flat hinged paper.

Photographer
Float wraps

    A  float wrap is a unique and new option to display images. Float wraps are similar to gallery wraps or standout mounted prints in that they add dimension by extending out from the wall. Float wraps are unique in that they appear to be floating on the wall with the main focus on the image! Create a modern display with a float wrap wall collage that is ready to hang once removed from the box!

Float wraps are made with a lustre or metallic photographic print that is wrapped around masonite to create a thin wrap. The prints are protected with a matte laminate. We've also added padding between the print and the masonite to give the front of the float wrap a raised, elegant look and feel. The back of the float wrap is complete with a black paper backing and a black 3/4" thick gatorboard block that allows the float wrap to extend out from the wall. The back of the block also contains holes for hanging. If you'd prefer to display your float wrap on an easel, you can order your wrap without the gatorboard block.

Standout is a thick lightweight board finished with a black plastic edge and comes ready to display with hanging holes on the backside. The finished edge prevents us from trimming the board to any custom sizes. Standout is available in two depths, 3/4" and 1-1/2", and nothing extra needs to be done to prepare for display. 3/4” board dimensions are undersized by 1/4", and 1-1/2" is 1/2" undersized.
